Overfiting, weak signals, complex trading rules, .... These are concerns most of us have and get blindsided by more often than we would like.
I recently saw a paper/guide Simon posted on a separate forum and I just got around to finishing it. I thought I would share it not because it has ground breaking information or methodology, but for its organized point by point approach which most of us know but tend to skip steps of.
