Data doesnt match with Norgate and Tradingview

Using Data Pipeline

Hi all,

I´m starting with Quantopian.

I comes from Amibroker with Phyton basic skills.

I wrote my first pipeline screener with a basic information of close, HOLC and RSI indicator. Just to make a first step. But i´m looking that results based on free data quantopian doesn´t match with Norgate EOD data and Tradingview as well. In fact RSI 2 period is about 0 or 100 value nothing in between.

There is a mistake for sure in my code, but as beginner i cant figure it out. Could anybody check and tell me what is the problem?
