Congratulations to Albert R., winner of Contest 12!

Albert is a software engineer living in Germany who first came to Quantopian about a year and a half ago. He came across Quantopian when searching for an established algorithmic trading platform as an alternative to implementing his own.

Prior to arriving at Quantopian, Albert hadn’t worked with Python, but managed to familiarize himself with both Python and the Quantopian API by working through examples in the community.

Albert immersed himself in the world of finance through extensive reading and used what he learned to develop a winning algo.
