Is there any way to reuse a Python function or class across multiple algorithms? If so, how?
There isn't an easy, intuitive way to resuse code between algorithms. When you create a new algorithm, it cannot reference code from other algos. Your best option would be to cut/paste between your algos.
Your suggestion is a good one, and one that I've been thinking about for a while. Now you've pushed it higher on my queue and I"ll add it to our feature suggestions list. Thanks!

Great to hear that this is a feature on the horizon! I strongly believe that it will be essential as people begin to develop more and more complicated algorithms and techniques.

it is optimized for cut-paste. the way it's set up, your user-code goes on the bottom so after cut-paste the cursor is more or less in the right place.
