Morningstar's Cash Flow statements' variables like free cash flow is quarterly or annually data? I remember company reported cash flow statement annually but income, balance sheet are quarterly?

All the fundamental data, including Free Cash Flow, is (ostensibly) quarterly data. Companies are required to report data quarterly on form 10Q which has similar information to the year end 10K form. 10Q forms do include cash flows (see https://www.investopedia.com/articles/fundamental-analysis/10/decoding-earnings-reports.asp or take a look at the APPL 10Q for 7-1-2017 https://d18rn0p25nwr6d.cloudfront.net/CIK-0000320193/5322e36f-074f-4781-b272-3f0e4cf6bcfd.pdf).
Attached is a notebook with FCF for APPL along with the as-of dates. Notice that the data and the dates change quarterly.
