I try to upload my csv to the custom dataset, but it show error and failed after I tried many times, could anyone explain the the problem of my csv file. Thanks in advance. I attach my csv file in below link

There are two problems. First, one can only upload custom 'self serve' data for US equities which exist in the Quantopian 'universe'. HSI is the Hang Seng Index and not in that 'universe'. The workaround for this is to map the data you want to an existing equity. Perhaps map it to SPY. Take a look at the docs for more info https://www.quantopian.com/docs/user-guide/tools/self-serve.
The second issue is the dates. Data before 2002 will be ignored, as other Quantopian datasets do not extend earlier than 2002. This shouldn't cause an error but may not be what you expected.
So, change the values in the 'symbol' column to SPY and it should work. You will be able to reference those values then as 'close' (ie the CSV column name) for the asset SPY.
