Unfortunately, fetcher cannot be used for minute level data. However, you can use fetcher to grab a csv file that is constantly updated from an external data source, that file just needs to follow one simple rule: It's important that the fetched data with dates in the past be maintained so that warm up can be performed properly (from the help docs). This means you cannot alter any rows that existed previously, or add rows with dates in the past, but you can append new rows to the .csv file with future dates, including same day if the file is uploaded before market open.
