can someone provide an update on short interest, stock available to short and stock loan rates data available here?

Hi,

I've been searching through these posts and can't seem to find a conclusive current answer (posts are old) on whether this site has short interest data, stock available to short data, stock loan rate data. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I have a hard time with believing any of the results/algos posted here because one can only short the stock if the stock is available and the p&L needs to include the cost of shorting the stock. For example UVXY is not available to short at IB or even Schwab, so if one is shorting it in their algo, the algo results are not correct. (one cant short stock at Robin Hood). The rate (if the stock was available) is about 6% as of today.
