can not connect to IB account

I am a new to quantopian and got a problem when connecting algo to IB real money account:
the system returns "Unknown Error - Sorry, something went wrong";

note that my IB account is an Asia account, plus, IB impose a security code (thru a physical card) everytime when I am logging to IB website or logging to its TWS. Is the security code requirement the root cause? I already disabled the security code require for the trading.

Your suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I am getting the same error today regardless of number of times I tried to login.

The paper account works but I could not log into the IB live account. Any help is appreciated.

Ahh issue resolved. Looks like the IB security card issue. it would be great if Quantopian can fully support the range of IBs security login options. I had to downgrade to the 6 digit card login to get it to work.
