Calculating Net Equity Issuance

Would I be correct in using the formula: (com_tre_sha_num - common_stock_issuance) to calculate the Net Equity Issuance? If not how would I calculate the net issuance correctly using Fundamental Data from Morningstar?

Key:
com_tre_sha_num: The treasury stock number of common shares. This represents the number of common shares owned by the company as a result of share repurchase programs or donations.

common_stock_issuance: The cash inflow from offering common stock, which is the additional capital contribution to the entity during the period.

Since no one answered, this is basically a grep for stock, issuance or equity. With some sort of likely answer you can verify in backtest starting with something like this where a handful are selected, being logged, and add any math, verifying numbers, you may want to comment out dropna() to let any nans through and cope with them.
