Does anyone have a formula for calculating which stocks show good cointegration?
Hey Robin, we actually have a few lectures on cointegration and pairs trading. The intro to pairs and cointegration lectures should help you out. Typically you use a hypothesis test like augmented Dickey-Fuller, which is covered in both.
