I don't run backtest very often. I notice that my backtesting is very slow and stays at the very beginning. This is not the case in the past. Does anyone else have the same issue?

I've noticed that backtests running times are totally consistent - but in order to diagnose your problem I need more information.
Ideally your entire backtest. But if you don't want to share all that your pipeline(s) would be be a good place to start, then your trade/rebalance function.
@Shuang Liang Sorry to hear you are experiencing slow down issues. There aren't any system wide problems that we know of which would cause a slow down. Is this for all your backtests or just a specific one? You can submit a help request if it's just one (click on the 'Contact Support' link at the bottom of the page. Attach your algo by checking the box labeled 'I need help with a specific algorithm, backtest, live algorithm, or notebook.') We could work with you to resolve the issue that way.
