I've never seen Q say that they will not look at trades, and the terms of use don't preclude it, as far as I see. However, it is one of their core principles not to steal the IP of their users. Personally, I'm not concerned.
And of course, Interactive Brokers can see your trades, right? You might want to check with them, too, if you are really worried.
