Does quantopian provide any "assets symbols list"?
Not for download, if that's what you are looking for. However, there are built-in lists. The one that Quantopian has created for long-short U.S. equity algo development is
QTradableStocksUS() and it is available in the Pipeline API under quantopian.pipeline.filters (see the help page).
Using the research platform, you could write a script to check if certain symbols are available over a specific date range (e.g. if you have a list, and want to check it against the Quantopian database).
If you clarify specifically what you need to do, I could point you in the right direction.
