Is the research/notebooks currently under maintenance? I couldn't access mine anymore.
@Francis MZ Sorry about the issues accessing notebooks. I looked at your account and there isn't anything on our end which should be causing this. Not connecting (often accompanied by the 403 or FORBIDDEN error) is typically a browser settings issue. Quantopian's research environment relies on third party cookies and cross site tracking to protect user's intellectual property. Those two features must be enabled in your browser. Not having these enabled can cause issues. There have been a number of updates to common browsers lately which may have changed past settings.
The logs appear to indicate your Chrome option "Block third-party cookies" being turned ON. This needs to be turned OFF for notebooks to function properly.
In Chrome ver 80, this can be found under the Chrome menu "Preferences". Click that. A new window will open. Go to the section "Privacy and security" and click on "Site Settings". Then click on "Cookies and site data". There is then an option "Block third-party cookies". Ensure this is OFF (ie greyed out)..
There are several other posts related to this issue. Maybe look at this one.
Again, sorry about the issues you are having. Try turning "Block third-party cookies" OFF.
